Why are some of the Species Balanced™ Raw recipes out of stock?
Two issues arose after we made our Species Balanced™ Raw recipes for cats and dogs that have impacted the availability of some of our products.
Species Balanced™ Raw Chicken for Cats, Raw Chicken for Dogs, Raw Variety Pack for Cats, and Raw Variety Pack for dogs:
- We discovered that some unlabeled beef chubs got mixed in with the unlabeled chicken chubs.
- To keep your families safe, a replacement order is currently in route to our cold pasteurization partner.
Species Balanced™ Raw Turkey for Dogs:
- Our pallet of raw turkey for dogs got misrouted during shipment to our fulfillment partner.
- We are in the process of investigating and are in the process of scheduling a replacement order.
