Pets are a part of the family and their health & safety is very important — this is why we take extra precautionary steps when developing, preparing, and shipping our raw food to your home.

Fresh Ingredients

We start with the freshest USDA inspected ingredients, including cage-free chicken, all natural turkey and beef, as well as organic produce.

Sanitary Processing

All of our foods are prepared in a refrigerated facility where we implement & exceed high sanitary standards.

Cold Pasteurized (HPP)

Our foods are then cold pasteurized with High Pressure Processing (HPP) in their final packaging to eliminate contamination.

Test & Hold

We use the 'Test and Hold' protocol, where foods are tested by a third party laboratory and only released for sale after they test negative for harmful bacteria.

Frozen Delivery

Our food will be shipped in an eco-friendly frozen cooler with plenty of dry ice to ensure your order arrives to you frozen.
